About Me

BIO
I am currently a UX Designer at Amazon.com, in lovely Seattle, WA., and am driven to create engaging, well-crafted user-centric experiences. A web- and print-design background, User Centered Design education, six years of agency experience, and an insatiable desire to learn and grow have helped me to become flexible and proficient in most areas of design and production for marketing and advertising needs. With a passion for developing the most appropriate UX for a given problem, I’m comfortable concepting, creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, internal and external presentations, and delivering pixel-perfect assets for production. My happy places are deep in a brainstorm, designing UIs, in the final push before a project goes live, and every opportunity to work with audio and music. With strategic thinking, artistic vision, plenty of enthusiasm, and a never-ending flow of “what if…?” questions, I bring a dynamic skill set that helps every team and project function at its maximun potential.

Art direction, Flash design/animation/production, web design, wireframing, user experience design, internal and client-facing presentations, print design/production, and audio design/production round out my professional skill set.

I am also a very active DJ, musician, and promoter. Visit SplendidBeats.com to have a peek into my musical world.
